I’ve been coming to this Sports Clips for well over 3 years and have requested the same stylist until they left. Due to the ability to check in online and know when my appointment is great for me because I work in an industry that I feel like having a clean haircut and clean shave says a lot about you. Also, I don’t really have an exact time when I can take a break… The lady that cut my hair the last time really disappointed me as I explained I was going on a very special vacation with my fiancé and she just acted as if she had no interest so the hair on the top of my head was longer in the back than in the front… I wore a hat about 90% of the time I was there. I came back and let my hair grow out for close to 2 months so Id have a fresh start… Today was my day off I went to check in online and saw there were 4 people available and no one waiting so I just decided to walk-in. I told the lady about my last experience and showed the her a picture I’d saved from the last time I got a haircut I was so happy with for reference. I also explained I was in absolutely no hurry and said out loud that she could take her time and I tip well and buy products. She said don’t worry about it I’ll take care of you. In less than 15 minutes I was in and out with half my head shaved and 4 different lengths of hair on top of my head… I always tip at least $10 and when I need it I buy the products there even though they’re priced a bit steep, but I guess you get what you pay for. The past 3-4 stylists I requested were so cool and took their time but I guess they’ve moved onto better places now, and now, so am I.

I checked in online at 11:05 am immediately after the website began taking appointments. I left me poolside in the middle of the afternoon and asked guests to wait until after my son’s appointment to arrive. When we arrived at the salon my son was told he wasn’t on the list, even though I still had the website up on my phone and it clearly had his name down for the time slot and location we arrived. The receptionist refused to wait on him stating she had no idea why we weren’t on her list. This was a huge waste of my time on a holiday weekend, and this establishment will never have the opportunity to do this to my child again. Poor customer service. Rude sarcastic receptionist was allowing other people in the door while our appointment time was completely ignored.

Zero stars, not even one. Last visit and it was the most awful one. Made me wait for more than 1 hr and still has to leave after not seeing any signs I will be attended. Moving to FL anyways, so you just lost a for years customer.
